Skin Care
We offer prescription skin care lines
including Obagi, MD Forte and Neostrata. These products help you maintain the
results you desire and prepare for future treatments. They use alpha-hydroxy
acids to reveal smoother, more radiant skin.

Synercool
Our office also
uses a device called the Synercool that uses refrigerated air directed at
treatment areas to virtually eliminate discomfort associated with laser hair
reduction and vein treatments.
Mineral Make-Up
We carry Jane Iredale make-up. This make-up
is suitable for all skin types and gives a flawless, yet natural finish.

Chemical Peels
This involves application of a concentrated
strength of alpha-hydroxy acids in the office to remove several layers of dead
skin cells. This allows the newer skin below to shine through, giving a
youthful glow.

Microdermabrasion
This
technique mechanically removes the top layers of dead skin cells using
crystals and a vacuum. We use a medical-grade microdermabrasion system
much stronger than those found in salons or day-spas. We can also
combine the microdermabrasion with a chemical peel, called a micropeel,
for a more intense result.

Injectable Fillers
Restylane,
Perlane, Juvederm and Radiesse are trade names of the injectable fillers
that we use. These gel-like substances are injected below the skin to
diminish the appearance of deeper lines (such as marionette lines and
lines around the mouth) and also enhance the fullness and shape of the
lips. |
Botox
We use
BOTOX® Cosmetic injections for dynamic wrinkle reduction and
hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm sweating). |

This
cutting edge laser technology combines optical laser energy, intense
pulsed light and radiofrequency in the patented Elos™ system. Turner
Medical Spa is the first and only office to introduce this laser to the
area. This system increases both safety and efficacy while using less
overall energy, therefore decreasing side effects and discomfort. A

Vein Treatments
| We use
a combined approach implementing sclerotherapy and laser treatments to
diminish the appearance of spider veins and small varicose veins
virtually anywhere on the body. Sclerotherapy involves injecting a
solution (sclerosant) directly into the veins to effectively eliminate
the vein from the inside out. We use safe and nearly painless
sclerosants for optimal results. Laser treatments target the pigment in
the vessels to coagulate the blood and therefore close off the unwanted
veins. |

prescription medications and skin care, microdermabrasion, chemical
