SAMIA GHAREEB TURNER, MD
Samia Ghareeb Turner, MD is a board-certified physician licensed in the state of West Virginia. She is a West Virginia native and is proud to be serving her home state. She completed her medical school training at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia, where she met her husband, Dr. Chad Turner. After graduating, she moved to Denver, Colorado, where she and her husband worked together as Family Medicine Residents at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. The Drs. Turner then moved back to West Virginia where Dr. Samia Turner completed her residency at Marshall University.
Dr. Turner has focused her training on minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, attended conferences and hands-on training courses, and researched these treatments. In addition, as a board-certified family physician, Dr. Turner is well-equipped to treat patients with the experience and compassion they deserve. She looks forward to enhancing not only the appearance of her patients, but also their life experiences.

NANCY DUDLEY
Medical Assistant
Nancy became a certified medical assistant in 1980, working with a wide range of physician specialties. She began working with Dr. Chad Turner at his primary care office in 2005 and quickly became part of the family. She transitioned to full time at Turner Medical and Almost Heaven Spa with Dr. Samia Turner in 2014. Nancy is the friendly face that greets you at the door and is an integral part of our team. We can’t run the place without her!
AMY (HALL) MCKENZIE
Medical Esthetician
Certified Laser Specialist
Amy (Hall) Mckenzie is a Certified Laser Specialist and Master Medical Esthetician with 24 years of esthetic experience. Amy has spent the majority of her career in Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology and has also spent time in Plastic Surgery as well as cutting edge medical spas. Amy specializes in advanced laser services and loves to educate patients on the latest technology in the laser industry.
MABRY NEILL
Esthetician
Mabry completed her aesthetician certification in 2023 at Palm Beauty Academy. She joined our team here at Turner Medical and Almost Heaven Spa in July of 2024. Mabry offers a wide range of services from eyelash tinting and airbrush tanning to medical microneedling. While she enjoys all of the spa treatments she really loves to get that glowing skin with microdermabrasion, chemical peels and dermasweep procedures. Her goal is to tailor the experience for each individual to feel their best.
